Hi, we’re Michael and Kari, owners of Grand Welcome Long Beach, a full-service short-term rental property management company.
We’re Long Beach locals, and we love this city. We’re dedicated to providing homeowners with the same exceptional service and care that we’d want for our own home.
We believe in mixing a personal touch with the latest technologies and data-driven strategies to ensure outstanding property performance. We both have decades of experience in customer relations, marketing, project management, and advertising, so we know exactly how to promote properties and attract high-quality guests.

We love the weather (of course) and how close it is to everything. When we’re not working, we like to hang out with family at Rosie’s Dog Beach, taking in a Dirtbags game at Blair Field, and ordering a “1, 1, and 1” at Joe Jost’s.
